How we handle it
We line the truck up on solid ground, hook to a proper recovery point and pull the vehicle back onto the road. If it is not safe to drive afterwards, it goes straight onto the flatbed.
When you call, tell us what the vehicle is, how far off the pavement it sits and what it is stuck in. That tells us how to set up before we arrive.
